In Q2 of 2024, the fast food and fast casual restaurant apps have shown varied performance on the unified platform in Chile. Here's a look at the top five apps based on Sensor Tower's data.
McDonald's Offers and Delivery saw a steady increase in downloads, starting at 19K in the first week of April and spiking to 54K in the last week of May. Weekly active users fluctuated, beginning at 155K and peaking at 195K towards the end of May.
The KFC APP (Ecu, Col, Chi, Arg) also experienced a growth in downloads, with numbers rising from 12K to 18K over the quarter. Weekly active users showed an upward trend, starting at 113K and increasing to nearly 126K by the end of June.
BurgerKing Chile downloads saw a significant jump mid-April with 19K downloads, and another in late May reaching 27K. Active users had their peak at 111K in the same week as the highest downloads.
Papa John's Pizza Chile downloads presented a sharp increase in late April, hitting 16K, and maintained a steady performance with a slight rise towards the end of June at around 15K. The number of weekly active users saw a rise from 70K to 85K in late May and then settled around 83K by the end of June.
Starbucks Chile had the lowest numbers among the top apps, with downloads hovering around 3K to 4K throughout the quarter. Active users showed a modest increase from 9.6K to 14K in late April but did not exhibit significant growth thereafter.
